  1. Casey and I have booked Cabin 6 which sleeps four. We will be happy to make room for two more and will split the cost. First two to request are in.

  2. If you still have room for one, I am interested.

    • Sounds good Tom. We will hold a spot for you.

  3. Thinking I would like to paddle with you. Any room for a single woman? I don’t mind camping. Just need information

    • Hi Debbie,

The cabin is currently full, but other cabins or campsites may be available on the State Park site. Casey and I are in Maine this week, but I’ll check back if you have any questions.

  4. Mike, This is Debbie Gelderblom. Wondering if you have room for me as a single in your cabin? I would love to come paddle with y’all.

  5. Enjoy your time away. Are there other people going that I might connect with about camping or cabin? I would also like to arrive and travel over in a group, so would need to know a few more details when you get a chance. Thanks, Debbie

  6. Hi Debbie,

All the tent sites and several of the cabins are still available. I would like the group to meet at the Raber Bar at 2 p.m. for a late lunch / early dinner and paddle over together. Let me know what else you need. Thanks!

  7. Hi I’m interested in the trip as well. However seeing that it’s 5 hrs away, after work Fri will likely not make the 2pm crossing… Will have to figure out how to do a crossing early Sat. Debbie where are you located?

    • Hi Keya – we can certainly work with your schedule and arrange to have someone meet you for a morning crossing. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

  8. Keys, I live in Charlevoix and woobe meeting on Friday at 2. Would you like to share a cabin or were you planning on camping?

  9. Sorry about the typos Keya. I live in Charlevoix and would be meeting at 2 Friday

    • Feel free to contact me (586) 596-6613, I don’t get notifications from this site for some reason (even though I checked the box)

I couldn’t figure out how much the tent / cabin was without registering for an account. I put down 1 person 1 night and it said cabins available but not relevant to my rsvp, I dunno what that means.

  10. My friend from the soo is asking how big is the group so far? Also how much is camping vs cabin pp?

    • Hi Keya,

We are currently as 6 with your participation. There were several campsites and two cabins still available last time I checked. You could work with Debbie Gelderblom to reserve a cabin for the three of you and I think that would work well.

      • My friend can’t make it, but sure, we’ll figure it out.

  11. I’m planning on bringing a tent. Spoke with the ranger and he said that I can register when I get there. If weather is bad I would probably get a cabin. $70/ night I think.

  12. I’m bringing my passport just to be safe.
